Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 17, 2026

1. Digital Services

Fees for platform access, API utilization, and job management tools are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.

2. Equipment Purchases

Physical hardware (Satellite equipment) is covered by a standard replacement warranty. Refunds are only issued if a functional replacement cannot be provided within 14 business days.

3. Transaction Disputes

Users must report any billing discrepancies within 48 hours. Validated overcharges will be credited back via the OnePay or Stripe transaction channel.

4. Liability Limits

Refunds are limited to the transaction value and do not cover secondary operational losses or technician transit costs.
